🚚 Standard Delivery (2-Man Service)

• Coverage: Available across most of the UK mainland (excluding certain parts of Scotland).
• Service: Includes direct delivery to your garden.
• Pre-Arrival Call: The driver will call you 30 minutes before arrival so you know when to expect them.
• Remote Locations: If you live in a remote area, it is your responsibility to contact Maze Living to verify delivery feasibility before placing an order.

📦 Pallet Delivery (Important Access Information)

For larger items, we offer a faster kerbside pallet delivery via specialist couriers where available at checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their property is suitable for this type of delivery before placing an order.

• Kerbside Restrictions: Deliveries are made to the kerbside only. Drivers cannot carry goods onto your property or beyond the drop-off point.
• Vehicle Access: Delivery vehicles are large lorries. Roads must be wide enough, free of height/weight restrictions, and safe for large vehicle maneuvering.
• Access Obstructions: Property access must not be blocked by narrow roads, tight turns, low bridges, parking restrictions, gated entrances, soft ground, gravel, or steep slopes.
• Failed Deliveries: If a delivery fails due to restricted access, additional delivery or re-delivery charges may apply.
