PLEASE NOTE - Our delivery partners can build your pergola if you opt for our pergola build Service

However, they will not fix the pergola to the floor/ground. You will be responsible for securing the pergola to the floor/ground.

We advise a firm ground fixing is used for this pergola, ideally bolted to a concrete base. Please note paving slabs are not suitable for fixing as they can lift in windy weather.

Our pergola build/installation service is not available in Wales, Scotland, or postcodes starting with EX, TR, TQ, PL, NE, LA, or CA.

* We do not offer pergola build/installation service for our wall-mounted/lean-to models.

Customers must check the dimensions thoroughly before purchasing one of our Pergolas to ensure the area they intend for the Pergola to be installed is suitable. This includes door opening space if close to a building etc 

Should installation be required our installation team is very experienced in building our Pergolas and will agree with the customer exactly where they want the Pergola to go, the direction of roof louvres before the installation commences and give their advice where needed.

We do not fix the column bottom plates to the concrete this will need to be done by the customer. 

Once built no changes can be made to the structure and the Pergola cannot be moved therefore our team will ensure they know exactly what the customer is expecting. The team will take images of the completed Pergola build and the customer will be expected to be present to sign off the build as complete.
